In order to make a movie/opening sequence you should have characters. In our piece we have 4 characters for the opening sequence. Which all range between the age of 16-20 years old because that is what our target audience is so we thought it would be better to get actors the same age because it then means that our target audience can relate to them and their situations.
Above is Daniel who will be playing Tom- the main character. He is suitable for the role because he is around the same age, build and the same gender that we wanted and he will be able to play a school boy because he is young. He will be wearing the same costume but instead of that shirt he will be wearing a white collar shirt which will be reflective of him being student.
Above is Sophie,in the middle is Ellie and below, Zoe. These girls will be playing 3 school girls. They are right for the part because they are the right age and the right gender, They all have around the same build which is good because they will be filmed from the back to keep their identity hidden and that then makes them in uniform with each other. They will be wearing similar things so that its hard for the audience to differentiate from the back.
